Back in the early days of managed print services, the definition was up for grabs - OEMs wanted to define it in their likeness, the toner folks felt they owned the definition, and the printer guys figured it was all about printers...everyone was wrong, and everyone was correct.
Now a 'new' dimension is opening up, that mysterious, formless 'Workflow' you've been hearing and talking so much about lately.
